Do you offer certified fair trade / organic coffee?
No, but allow us to elaborate:
All of our coffee is grown, picked, processed and roasted in the United States. As a result, the producers we partner with to grow our coffee so every hand that touches our coffee is paid at least US minimum wage. However, fair trade and organic certifications take time, and we are actively working towards obtaining those certifications.
How is your coffee sourced?
Because we have the privilege to grow our coffee in the United States, we are able to be rigorous and uncompromising in how we source our coffee. We work directly with farmers and producers on Big Island, and we source only the highest quality beans. Few coffee roasters have the opportunity to be at origin, and we take that opportunity seriously.
When will my order roast and ship?
We roast weekly, and endeavour to ship your coffee right after roasting. All the orders will be processed and shipped within the week. If you have any special requests, let us know by writing to email@example.com.
How much does shipping cost?
Our coffee does best when it gets from us to you in the quickest most reliable way. Standard shipping is handled by 2nd day Fedex or Priority United States Postal Service mail. For anywhere else we ship, shipping rates are calculated at checkout and you can select the option that works best for you.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we do, to certain places, but we cannot guarantee 2-3 day delivery time. You can see where we ship to when checking out. If you have questions about shipping to somewhere that is not listed as an option at checkout, please email us with a request and we will do our best to fulfill it.
From our experience, timely shipping to Japan from Hawaii is best handled by UPS - United Parcel Service.
The final option is always up to you and the pricing for each of the shipping options will be provided at checkout. .

What is your return policy?
