Shipping Policy
We roast your coffee so that you receive it at the beginning of its optimal time for consumption, about 2 days after roasting. Orders are received instantly and if received by 7am Hawaii Standard Time, they roast and ship as follows:

Ordered Wednesday, Roasted Monday, Shipped Tuesday

Return Policy
We roast all coffee to order. As such, we do not accept returns on any coffee purchases. Defective merchandise in original packaging with purchase receipt may be returned within 60 days for a full refund. Used non-defective merchandise is not returnable.
